BBT is a Boutique Private Travel House shaped at Baikal. Pavel Sobolev founded the company in 2016, building it on exacting standards, sound judgement and attention to detail. Over the years, the BBT team has developed its expertise, refined its systems for planning and delivering journeys, and built its reputation. Baikal shaped our approach: understand the place deeply, begin with the guests’ preferences and the purpose of their journey, then shape the route, rhythm and logistics around them.
At the heart of BBT are its people and a network of partners we have worked with for years. We select guides, local teams and specialists for their professional expertise, sound judgement, composure and sense of responsibility. Their work is supported by structured management: clearly defined roles, financial discipline, privacy standards, contingency planning and quality control. For our partners, this means clear communication, reliable delivery and carefully prepared journeys they can confidently offer their clients.
Today, BBT continues to design private journeys around Baikal and in selected regions of Russia where the team can take full responsibility for the result.
